This washed Ethiopian coffee comes from smallholder farmers in Worka Chelbesa, in the Gedeo Zone of Yirgacheffe, where coffee grows at 1,950–2,200 meters above sea level. The high elevation and careful processing create a cup that is vibrant, sweet, and wonderfully aromatic.
Expect notes of apricot, pomegranate, lemon, honey, and delicate florals, with a light, silky, tea-like body and a bright, clean finish.
